Some things about me:

• Currently building Ombox.ai — the AI-native operating system for automotive retail. Founder, CEO, builder, GTM, janitor et al.
• Based in London.
• Previously led technology, engineering and AI transformation at Checkatrade, helping rethink a £100M+ marketplace.
• Before that, I built and scaled products and teams at carwow, Amazon, BankBazaar, and was a founding engineer at a YC startup.
• I work best at the intersection of technology, product and business — turning ambiguous problems into products, teams and momentum.

Some things I believe:

• Judgment is the scarce resource now. AI has made output abundant; what you choose to build and why is the real constraint.
• Ship, then think. Iteration speed almost always beats deliberation. Most things that stop you from shipping are made up.
• AI will not transform your company. It will expose it. The org design was always the bottleneck.
• Small, high-context teams with real ownership outperform much larger organisations. Especially as AI changes how companies build and operate.
• ADHD and autism are part of how I work: high intensity, deep curiosity, pattern recognition, and a strong bias towards action.
• Write in public. The value of a legible point of view is going up, not down.
